HEADLINE: M.A.T.T.S. offers leasing program for Mobile Banking Systems

BODY:

Mobile Automated Teller Terminal Systems, LLC (M.A.T.T.S.), a Reno, Nevada
based company that designs and manufactures Mobile Banking Systems for
financial institutions worldwide, is announcing a new leasing program for
their Systems. M.A.T.T.S. has joined with First Security Leasing of
Albuquerque, New Mexico, to provide, for the first time, a program that allows
financial institutions to lease a mobile ATM and/or mobile branch System.

This leasing program allows a bank to completely expense the monthly lease
rent under an operating budget as opposed to going through the often time
consuming, capital budget process. It is now possible to lease a M.A.T.T.S.
System for less than $1,500.00 per month.

The lease is a true operating lease with terms running from 24 months to 60
months. At the end of the lease term, the financial institution has three
options. They can purchase the System for the then Fair Market Value, extend
the lease at a significantly reduced monthly rate or return the System to the
leasing company.

The ability to provide banking services throughout any community in a mobile
platform has never been easier. With a M.A.T.T.S. turnkey mobile System, all
financial institutions, and their customers, can now quickly benefit from the
wide range of applications our Systems were designed to address. From the
fee-revenue generated by non-bank customers utilizing the ATMs at an event, to
the marketing benefits obtained by locating this mobile billboard at charity
functions and other high-volume temporary events, as well as the Disaster
Recovery capabilities of a stand-alone, mobile banking facility.

"A number of financial institutions have asked us for this type of program,"
explains Matthew Boga, Senior Partner at M.A.T.T.S. "We anticipate that
many will take advantage of this quick and simple, alternative financing
program in order to be the first in their community to offer such high-profile
banking services."
